abstract
The research project to support the development of a quality assurance manual for Covenant House Texas (CHT) is for partial completion for the Masters of Nonprofit Management at Regis University. The author conducted interviews with the three levels of directors responsible for service delivery to homeless runaway and throwaway youth. The author, an employee of CHT, utilized interviews, personal knowledge, and a literature search to identify desired outcomes for the manual that would guide staff in the discharge their responsibility of providing care to at-risk, homeless and transitional youth.
